First Rivers, Lakes, Ponds and Streams Full Day Field Trip, Tomorrow June 1st.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 1st Mrs. Verney's Class is at HVNC, Mrs. Peaslee's Class is at Dodge Point and Mrs. Hilton's Class is at the DRA.  We will depart at 8:30 and return at 2:30.  Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately to be out in the woods all day. Bug spray and sunscreen are a must. Students will need to bring sunscreen and bug spray to be reapplied in the woods. If you haven't signed your child up for a school lunch, please be sure to pack one!

Fish prints

Today the first graders printed alewives onto shirts and pillowcases! We had such a great time and they are excited to show off their creations. Before washing, please throw the fish printed garment in the dryer for 30 minutes before washing.

Last day of school

There seems to be some confusion about what the actual last day of school is. It is Friday, June 23rd and it will be a half day. A bag lunch form will be sent home closer to that date.

Alewives Field Trip

We will be at the Damariscotta Fish Ladder Monday to learn about the Alewives.

Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences

Please visit the GSB website to sign up for parent-teacher conferences. The sign up is under the Parent Resource Tab. Please sign up with you child's homeroom teacher. They will be held Tuesday, May 23rd and Thursday, May 25th. Please contact us if you are unable to attend during these times.
